Chancellor Health Care, LLC is the parent company of Chancellor Health Care, Inc. and its subsidiary operating companies. Chancellor Health Care, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on November 20, 1992 as a privately owned C-corporation. The Corporation was established to develop, acquire and/or manage senior living communities. At the present time, Chancellor Health Care, Inc. operates sixteen senior living communities.
Chancellor Health Care develops and manages long term care communities for the senior population, including housing, supportive services, and skilled nursing care. We help residents enjoy the highest quality of life possible in the most appropriate and cost-effective setting, based upon their needs. Our goal is to provide exceptional care for residents, and to be recognized as a premier provider in the senior housing and care industry.
We care for over 700 seniors at our 12 communities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We employ about 700 employees, many of whom have been with us since we began managing the community at which they work.
Linda Valley Assisted Living is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art two story community, licensed by the State of California to provide assisted living and memory care to older adults who need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or assistance with medications.
Linda Valley Assisted Living is conveniently located on the campus of Linda Valley Senior Living in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Lorna Linda near three major hospitals: Lorna Linda University Medical Center, Lorna Linda University Medical Center East Campus, and the Jerry L Pettis Memorial VA Medical Center.
Other accommodations and services offered on the Linda Valley Senior Living campus include Linda Valley Villa, a 98-apartment independent living retirement community for active older adults and Linda Valley Care Center, an 83-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Linda Valley Assisted Living offers various apartment types including large studios and one-bedroom apartments for assisted living residents and companion suites in Revere Court, a secure memory care community for older adults who suffer memory loss due to Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
Residents may furnish their apartments according to their individual taste. Apartments have wall to wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and private bathrooms with walk in showers. Every resident is provided with an emergency call pendant that ensures that help is just a touch of the button away. Assisted Living apartments have kitchenettes which includes a small refrigerator and microwave oven.
Amenities for all residents to enjoy include three meals a day served restaurant style in our beautiful dining rooms and special meals in the private dining room. We have an activity room for arts and crafts, a media room with a large screen TV for watching movies, and lounges for visiting with family and friends. Linda Valley Assisted Living also offers on-site rehabilitation therapy, a beauty/barber salon, outdoor patio area and a bus for outings and medical appointments.

This Property was built and opened to provide assisted living service in 2015.
