IMPROVED PENSION BENEFITS | SEPTEMBER 27TH - 2:00 P.M.

Aid and Attendance as part of an “Improved Pension” benefit that is largely unknown.

This Improved Pension allows veterans and their spouses who require regular attendance of another person to assist in daily caregiving, to receive additional monetary benefits. Aid and Attendance can help pay for care in the home, nursing home or assisted living facility. It also includes blind patients in nursing homes due to mental or physical incapacity. This “pension benefit” IS NOT dependent upon service-related injuries for compensation. Attorney Esther C. Wang has been providing quality legal services since 1991. She is an accredited attorney by the Department of Veterans Affairs representing veterans and their family members.
